After practicing breathwork with Scotty twice I can definitely say WOW he is a special being with an incredible talent of holding space for others. So grateful! 😇 

That was incredible. The session was so deep. 

Amazing felt so relaxing and great stress relief. Would recommend for mid week reset or while traveling for work.


What an awesome way to end my week. Learned a new breath technique that I’ll use again. Loved the playlist too. 

Scotty was very welcoming and open and made me feel very comfortable and at ease even though it was our first time meeting. The breath work session was challenging and enlightening. My first of many to come. I had been feeling down for weeks and I felt very purified and lighter after the session. I didn’t expect such a positive outcome. I’m impressed. 

Amazing breathwork that brought up some deep seated emotions and realizations I’m ready to let go of. 

Scotty was able to articulate the reflections of transformation, and allow spaciousness in this mind body integrative process.
