Anthony held a strong, grounding and safe space for me to be guided through a past life regression. I had never done one of these before so I had zero expectations.
With his trusting guidance, I journeyed through the natural elements of life to be reminded of the strength of my presence, roots and connection to Mother Earth.
This was a much needed cleansing and recalibrating experience to support me in remaining connected to my inner roots and foundation.
